Holistic living is an approach to living that is in harmony with every part of us, our minds, our bodies, and our spiritual natures. The Berkana Institute is a holistic institute, and therefore, we are going to cultivate, nurture and encourage a holistic approach to bodywork. Dance, movement practices, meditation, artistic expression, and more explorative methods will be a constant theme of focus at the institute, and opportunities are readily available for all student community members.

The Berkana Institute of Massage Therapy offers regular and ongoing morning yoga classes that are available at no additional charge to the students and staff of the Institute. In addition to the ongoing morning yoga practice, expert instructors will also be offering special movement, meditation and yoga workshops over select weekends, during school breaks and in the evenings.
